Are you of the opinion that the tag of being worst dressed or best dressed is applicable to women alone? If yes, then think again. Traditionally, men have a reputation of not being bothered about fashion, appearances and other such feminine stuff. Of course, this rule is not absolute.

There are many men who are very particular about their fashion quotient and the brands they choose. In such a scenario, it is not correct to state that women the more fashion conscious as compared to men. However, the total number of men who are so conscious about fashion is not as high as that of women.

In such a scenario, chances of men being assessed and judged on the basis of their appearance are a lot higher. In any case, women have invaded numerous traditional domains that were considered suitable for men alone.

From the corporate boardroom to manufacturing shop floor-there are very few areas where women are not present. In such a scenario, ignoring your appearance and presuming that good dressing is only essential for women can be a very big mistake.

There is another common misconception that good dressing for men is all about wearing good clean clothes. If you are of the opinion that wearing the right combination of clothes and using the right accessories is not essential for women then think again. All these fashion rules apply to men as well. Chances are high that you have been following these rules without actually being aware of it.

Our eyes and our judgment happened to be the most important tool to remain fashionable. If you feel that something is not right with your dress, chances are high that it is not coordinated properly and that the color coordination is off. On the other hand, if you look into the mirror and if you like what you see after a critical analysis, chance are high that you have got the fashion rules right.
