Why do people follow movie star fashion? It is indeed ironic when people come up with the funniest answers to justify this habit. The most common answer is that people want to be prepared and to avoid mistakes that the celebrities have committed on the red carpet. Well, would you be looking at celebrities walking on the red carpet for tips if you were to be invited to the red carpet at next Oscars?
Even if you were, do you think anybody will be interested in snapping you and your fashion trends? Well, when you have competition from the likes of Angelina Jolie, Sharon Stone and Brad Pitt, there is absolutely no doubt that you will be the show stealer, right? Let us face it-we follow current celeb trends primarily to satisfy our sense of gossip and outrage.
We like discussing about these people, bitching about them and saying stuff that we otherwise would not speak about fellow human beings. In most cases, the reactions we show are based on jealousy and envy. We feel that the person is no different than us and therefore must have resorted to some form of trickery or skullduggery to reach the top. Well, they too have got used to the whole affair. They have realized that the best way to stay in news is to do something that will make the entire country talk about them. Whether it happens to be something good or something bad is irrelevant. At the end of the day, celebrities follow the rule-no news is bad news. As long as they are in the news, they are happy with whatever is said about them.
