It is important to keep in mind that celebrity fashion can only be used as the base of your attempts to stay fashionable. If you try to duplicate the celebrity look, chances are high that your efforts to look fashionable will go completely wrong. You will realize that there is a huge difference in the way the celebrity looks in person and the way the celebrity looks on the cover of a magazine or on the website.
This is because photographs hides many flaws or suppresses many points that may be very relevant. For starters, the dress that the celebrity is wearing may not be very comfortable. Normally, we presume that celebrities would always wear those dresses that are fashionable as well as comfortable. However, given a choice, they would prefer fashionable clothes because they can easily dispose it off after wearing it just once and still maintain their reputation.
However, can you afford to spend a few thousand dollars on specific look only to find that you can barely stand straight in the dress? Or you have to hold on to the dress to ensure that it does not slip off your body? Needless to say, when you invest in dresses, you would be thinking of the long term.
Celebs are interested in creating positive impact. Once done, the dress becomes redundant. Having a tiny and cute clutch in hand may seem very cool. However, if it is so small that it does not even carry your cell phone, what is the use of having such a clutch in hand?
More importantly, what is the point of spending a lot of money on such a celebrity fashion item? You can focus on the color combination and the manner in which the celebrity carried himself or herself. However, never try to duplicate it exactly. It will be too expensive and you may not be happy with the results.
